Starting with the Foreword which serves as a good description for the whole book. Chapter by Chapter, we see how chapters are linked with one another. Some kind of standalone on their own. This daily routine was created with the idea of developing a daily routine in order to stay connected with the concepts to apply to your work or small business. It reminds me of the Taiji exercise I do which is 24 steps. It takes about 5 minutes to do. I am seeing whether some physical movements might come from these 21 steps.
It also reminds me of the 12-link chain of dependent arising that the Buddha came up with that starts with ignorance and ends in birth and death. Once you step on one of the chain links, you have stepped on them all. A good view and description of this process is in Steve Hagen’s book “Buddhism Plain and Simple“, a bestseller.
